    Hi All,

    what's your opinion on best place to go in Ireland for a carbon TT frame budget 2k?

    If your looking for UCI legal frameset (following your post about the nationals) your going to find it difficult. Most of the second hand market is tri frames and some of them won't be UCI legal. Some of the newer (not disc brake) trek speed concepts are, some giant trinity (without the front brake integrated into the fork) are, cervelo P2/P3's and felt B series bikes, just as the more common brands. For 2k your probably as well looking second hand, not sure you will get anything new, unless it's a specific frame and size on sale, and even second hand I'd say you will be looking at a complete bike, but you could strip if you wanted and sell.

    Tri season will be over in about a month so usually see more triathlon/tt bikes coming into the market, but as said above would need to be careful that it is UCI legal.
