Hi all. How long does the RSA claim department resolve minor claims. I had to get a taxi after my car broke down on motorway over the weekend, at my own cost, as insurance company couldn't source a taxi. The insurance company said I can claim the taxi fare back. I was eventually directed by the insurance company towards the RSA claims department. Am I interacting with the right department, or do I go back to my insurance company?. This is new ground for me so I'm unsure. All I got from RSA claims was an obligatory confirmation email back. Thanks for any help.

? Cos I wish to reclaim a promised taxi fare? This wasn't just a 20 euro fare, it was substantially more. Thanks for your valuable input!

RSA are a bunch of Wxxxxxx
It took them 23 months to settle a claim with me, in which i was rear ended on a motor way and got no help or assistance from them one bit
TBH you have better change of winning the lotto then RSA paying up.
Document everything and don't phone but email as they lie thought there teeth
