Can I buy equipment to enhance my mobile data coverage while in Spain?

So I spend my winters in Spain. The apartment block I'm in seemingly affects my mobile data coverage. I'm down low on first floor and enclosed by apartments on all sides. Last year I changed from vodaphone to eir before leaving Ireland and noticed coverage was better though not ideal than the previous years. I'd like to know is there any equipment I can buy to enhance the quality of mobile Internet data?
