Cost of building

Hi, I’m inexperienced when it comes to building. If we have a 3400 square foot two storey house with the roof completed but no windows or doors, concrete floors on both floors, how much roughly might it cost to finish? I’m looking for best case scenario! :) There are three ensuites, one main bathroom and one toilet.

Usually finishing the inside is the same cost as getting the shell watertight so I'd take whatever you spent so far, and double it to finish as a guesstimate? A quantity Surveyor could help for a more accurate estimate?
