Apple carplay and android phone

    I've a truck with apple carplay and have an android phone I've it connected with Bluetooth for calls and Spotify.

    Is it possible to connect them to have everything on phone displaying on truck?

    If it helps, my wife's Qashqai needs to have the phone connected to a USB cable to get full functionality
