Tax Payment Election

ETrade is asking me to elect a tax payment method for US company share options coming due soon. I’ve never been vested shares like this before and want to make sure I’m making the right choice.
“Withhold Shares” seems to be the default. Is that what I should be electing as an Irish resident? Don't see any other option.
