    Hi

I have 4 petit gris de renne melons in my tunnel.

    First time growing them.

Only started getting female flowers last week. There seems to be three or four fruit that have been pollinated and seem to get getting bigger. One is about the Size of a golf ball. The others smaller.

Have had loads of male flowers since early july.

Is it too late to expect them to grow fully and ripen? In the south east.

Any ideas why female flowers are so late?

Sowed them in may. In the tunnel first week of June. Watered / fed regularly.

    Frogeye
