I lived in Phoenix Park racecourse previously and thought it was a very well run development. Never had any hassle with neighbors or the mgmt company and the location is very handy for public transport etc while having the park on your doorstep. Cant comment on Knockmaree as have never lived there but would recommend the racecourse
