Make sure you stay away from Owen Carty http://owencarty.ie/ - He has a 30-year-long record of dishonesty etc. He was struck off in 1990 and also found to be dishonest in 2018 - He comes from a dishonest family - His brother Ted Carty is also a well-known liar as his own son stated in a national newspaper. Scum of the earth family.
