Vaccine Certs For Flights?

Do you have to show a vaccine cert when flying to Portugal and back to Ireland? I tried looking at the Ryanair website but I'm still not clear if it is mandatory anymore? Would you be prevented from flying if you didn't have it with you?

Nothing is required to fly to Portugal all covid restrictions are lifted.
