Trying to book driver theory test - website useless

Hi all, I've tried to book a driver theory test on every device in the house and using different browsers. As soon as I hit complete payment it just goes around and around and never completes payment. In addition, the website doesn't work well on any device or browser. Anyone else experiencing this issue? TIA
