Android Tablet Recommendations Needed

I'm an Apple girl and my bf is Android. He doesn't have a tablet and this would be useful for plane journeys (now that we can travel again) and when lying out on hols. Can somebody please recommend an Android Tablet so he can watch movies, youtube, stream matches etc. Many thanks LadyT x

I'm looking for recommendation for a decently priced machine - happy with refurb.
Min spec: 3 GB RAM, 10" screen, solid build, quality processor.
