Do I own this land area?

I've recently moved into a new property.

There is a path outside the house that is not a public path or road. 3 houses have been recent additions to the site in 1990.

Attached is the folio for the property I own, with the yellow area for this path/road.

Perhaps it is obvious from this document who might own the land here? The red line indicates I own the property and that the other two houses have right of way to access their driveway?

The reason I ask is that parking can be difficult with cars parking on the public road and on the clearway areas (within the red-marked-area), it is hard to drive into my driveway most of the time and an ambulance certainly can not make it down if ever needed. I would like to know if I have the authority to perhaps give this land to the council who can then maybe extend the road down to the wall. Maybe, I'm not sure even if I have any power here to do anything?

The yellow is a right of way through your property to whatever is behind it, i doubt if it can be changed without written consent from the person(s) its in favor of. I assume it is being used?

It seems you own all the roadway directly infront of your house and half the roadway infront of your other two neighbours house in which theyhave a ROW over. One of your neighbours owns the other half infront of the two houses which you probably have a ROW over.

If the land is registered Can you look it up on the landdirect https://www.landdirect.ie/ take a screenshot of it. It will give aclearer idea of what of going on.

Cars can not block your ROW access. If a neighbour is you can ask them to stop.
