Fixing steel bars on a bed frame

Hi there

I need a quick fix means of securing some of the steel bars that go side to side on a bed frame. I was considering using plastic cable ties.

Any other suggestions beyond buying a bed frame or getting some welder to braze them onto the frame?

Photo show some of the thin steel bars crack off the larger steel bar.

Some variation of this using materials of your choice. Otherwise, you're into a welding solution imo.
