Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi I've moved within striking distance of the sea

Any recommendations for a beginner rod to catch these?

Drop into a fishing tackle shop and ask them for a recommended setup that you can use in this local fishing spot and i would recommend that you go the fixed spool reel route ie spinning reel as they are easier to use than a multiplier reel. Tigth lines to you.
