Lost necklace

    Wife left necklace in tray whilst going through security at Dublin Airport. Was on a flight through Aer Lingus. Discovered it missing before we boarded flights. Was told to contact Lost property on our arrival home with details of flight number etc.

    On our arrival back got no joy as it was evening time and it seems the only way to address this situation is through email or phoning them during business hours, which finish at 15:00.

    My wife has since left multiple emails and left messages, to no avail.Simply,we cannot contact anyone in relation to this, apart from an automated response saying to send an email.

    has anyone got any advice in regards to this and apart from driving back up to Dublin airport, is there any hope in waiting for a response from DAA?
