    my neighbour rents out his house I cannot see him registered on the tenancies board website and he also uses his yard for a commercial enterprise, without planning. He doesn't live there and wont do anything about his anti social tenants, that seem to be targeting us because we have put in an unauthorised development complaint with the council.

    We have the right to live in peace this is a residential area and he has erected industrial fencing and massive gate where nobody can see in. I have informed the local garda station of the intimidating behaviour is there any thing else we can do.
