Can't order from Chadwicks without a trade account?

The Chadwicks website appears to require a trade account to shop online now - with no option for regular people. Has this been a recent change? I remember using them years ago

They have never had a complete online presence, only a small amount of their stock is online. Different priorities with their customers who prefer to just arrive in a van and handle the accounts stuff at the desk or through their account manager. Brooks is different, most of their stuff - except for smaller items - is online and you don't need an account.
