Conveyancing Questions - Vendor Declarations

    Hi

    I have two questions pertaining to the documentation which must be signed by the vendor -

    1. Is it mandatory to sign a Section 72 Declaration & Family Home Declaration?
    2. What is a declaration pursuant to the provisions of the Statutory Declarations Act, 1938.? - is it standard to add this as a term / clause of the Section 72 & Family Home declarations?

    Yes it is mandatory to make section 72 and family home decarations when selling a property.

    The term I make this declaration pursuant to the provision of the statutory Declarations Act 1938 is standard in all declarations
