Hi folks, looking for some advice please. Two elderly relatives asked me to book return flights for them as they are not clued in on internet bookings.

I booked the flights and paid for them through my app and everything went through smoothly.

Online check in starts in three weeks for outgoing flight and four weeks for return. My relatives have no emails, what's app etc and I am unaware how to print off their tickets for them as I cannot see any actual tickets apart from booking reference number etc.

Can someone please explain how I can print off these tickets and post them up to them as they live on the other side of the country?

    Thanks.

There are no tickets to print.

Have you booked them seats? If so, the online checkin should be far enough in advance to print and send them the boarding passes.

Thank you. Yes booked seats both ways. Just online check in so and print boarding passes. Great.

    That's all you need.

On a side note for Check-In I'd get them to text or sign a document with blood their passport numbers and names as they appear on their passports so if it all goes Peter Thong as a result of them giving you the wrong details you have evidence of their error. Don't know how many times people have told me one thing but texted me another.
