    Hi I'm wondering if you can help me? I bought a PS5 second hand from a friend. It is the one that has Forbidden West pre-loaded on it. My friend cleared his account before selling it to me but when I have set it up for my use, that game is no longer there? I have tried to use the online support page but its next to useless as it doesn't answer my questions? Is there anyway I can retrieve it?
