    Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has done the higher diploma in further and community education and got a teaching job out of it. I am currently working as an SNA I have a degree and I would love to teach in special education. Lots of people have said I'd be wasting my money but I thought as it allows you to register on the teaching council of ireland I could then do the SEN course and teach in a autism unit etc. Am I deluded? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
