    Has anyone bought in new development on Clonattin Road. Just wondered has anyone any views on it, area etc.

    houses delayed due to irish water - apparently will not be ready until october now.

    have viewed and they appear to be built to a high standard

    These houses are still not ready. They were meant to be ready months ago. I believe Irish Water is being blamed in the main - delays of several months doing works causing havoc for people, some of whom who have been left without a home during this time. Must be enormously stressful - it’s very poor really.
