I bought a concert ticket a few months ago. It's an e ticket. I won't be able to go now.

Would it be easy to cancel this and seek a refund? I do t know what ticketmasters policy is.

    Thanks

In general, no. Ticketmaster won't do refunds

The exception is if the gig gets rescheduled, which happened a lot with covid but probably not here if you only bought a few months back

Otherwise, go to my events on your ticketmaster account and see if resale is available. It's not always, but if it is it's your best bet

Failing that, you're left with selling it yourself, toutless is a good option for that
