Hi All,
Just looking for some advice on what I could replace a wall with.
We have moved into a house recently that has a 60ft 1.5 - 2 meter high wall along the side of the garden, the other side is a footpath in a quiet housing estate.
My issue is that the wall, looks a bit dodgy, so I want to knock it - my problem is that I don't know what to replace it with - at the moment rebuilding the wall I have been quoted 7-10k, which seems crazy for just a straight garden - I can't really afford this at the moment.
Can you put a high fence along a public path like that? Looking around the area, similar houses have lower walls with big high bushes giving privacy, but presumably these would take years to grow enough to give us provacy in our garden.

Any ideas on some options would be great!
