    I've always had superb service from them and generally they are considered the best. Depot managers (and many are franchises) like to get feedback.

    The depot number will be on your parcel. EG 08 for a part of Dublin.


    Email for depot 08 is "depot08@dpd.ie", depot 12 is depot12@dpd.ie etc etc


    Keep your complaint short and to the point and factual. do not use hearsay or some opinion unless you can factually back it up.
