Nissan Xtrail 2016 Auto Restart Errors

    Hi wondering if anyone knows how to get auto restart error messages off 2016 nissan xtrail. I bought it and engine in it wasn't running so replaced with a new engine and running 100% now but keeps showing up with auto emissions restart error and engine warning lights on (Amber lights)? Been into Nissan twice and they got them off temporarily by hooking up to computer but after about 50k driving back on again. Any ideas or know anyone who knows what their at that can fix (seems to be electronic issue) DPF has been taken out also.
