Where did the button go?

I have been meaning to ask this question for quite a while now. In the past several years I started wearing the basic Calvin Klein cotton boxer (white, black or navy etc) and it had a button. For the past few years I can not find these particular boxers. Did Calvin Klein do away with the button? If so, what is the reason…
