We have this light fixture, which has screws and some metal clasp / thing in front of it. How should I open it to replace bulbs?

Just pull it. The metal piece looks just like a tension band

Do you mean to pull the golden metal band downwards?
I'm not sure, the metal thing in front of the screw doesn't touch the metal part the screw is attached to as you can see in third picture.

Yes pul the gold part, the metal tab ( not the one with the screw is what’s holding it on

I found out how to do it.
First pull the golden ring.

Then you can pull the glass, which is hold with springy metal pieces.
