County Development Plan

    A quick question . Has anybody ever had planning refused to build a house on their own land due to Council saying it was in a route protection corridor for a new main road? Then for the very same council to zone land in their own development plan for the building of warehouses within 12 months on the very same preferred route corridor half a mile away. Due to the location there is only one preferred route. The road is definitely going ahead because the council have recently put out the route selection to tender again and the land is zoned!
