Pure Telecom no CS

    Hi All

    I have Pure Telecom FTTH and it dropped out overnight, numerous reboots didn't fix it, I seem to be getting PPPoE timeout errors so I'm assuming there is something on there end that needs reset


    I can't seem to find anyway to contact them on a Sunday is that right,


    Seems strange that in this day and age they don't have CS 7 days a week,


    Could I use this as a reason to get out of contract as I've had too many issue like this,
