Luggage not collected from carousel

    Flew into Dublin with Ryanair yesterday. Realised after leaving the airport that there was one check in bag that we forgot to collect. Travelled out with 5 bags, but home with 6 bags.

    What's the most effective way to retrieve it? Have tried calling Ryanair and online chat but no response.

    Just after I posted this Ryanair rang me to say that I forgot to collect my bag and that they will hold it until I can collect it.

    Impressed by how quickly they dealt with this!
