hi. I am a UK resident starting a self build in Sept 22 in Meath. I plan to move back to Ireland when the house is built (Sept 23). I have EURs to fund the start of the build, but will need to sell a property in the UK to fund the rest. This opens me up to fx risk and also timing risk of Uk property market. Ideally, if timings are bad on both, I would like to have a the option of borrowing in EUR over 2-3 years which provides some flexibility. The amount is approx 30% of the build. Any advice would be really appreciated. My research to date suggest nothing exists given I am not an Irish resident yet.
