Old toilet needs new internals

Hi, Is it possible to change the internals of an old toilet ? Its the old flush mechanism with the ball cock , do they still sell them ? Thanks

Its just old and stops flushing , if I move everything around with my hand it works for a few flushes and then stops again

Yes it is, I thought it was a small job but it wasn't so I had to get plumber in...still wiating but its a holiday home so not a huge rush
