Biocycle/Septic Tank Registration

    Hi There,

I wonder could anyone point me in the direction of how to find this out... I am currently in the process of buying my father's house from him. He had a Biocycle installed back in 2001/2002. The solicitors are looking for the certification of registration but I can't find anything in my father's papers on it. I've tried contacting the company that originally installed but I'm not having much luck.

Does anyone know if there's a way of checking if the tank is registered? My father wouldn't be one to cut corners so I'm sure it is registered but I'm finding it very difficult to find anything out about it.

    Thanks,

    Michelle

    Try the local council.

EPA would be a better bet https://protectourwater.ie/

An email to support@protectourwater.ie including the eircode of the house might get the info you require.

Edit> Just a thought? Did your father have an email account? As the registration is online there there may be an receipt somewhere in his email?

Wake me up when it's all over.
