Unless you're gunning for a multi screen or VR setup you don't need to spend that much... I'd say that 2500€ will get you a top notch machine, especially if you are going to assemble it yourself. Also, keep in mind that black friday season is just a few months away... Sometimes it's worth waiting. Unless China invades Taiwan. Then, silicon will go up the roof...
