    Hi all,

My father has to obtain an affidavit as part of a housing application. He sold a property approx. 20 years ago but doesn't have any docs to do with the sale so needs a signed statement.

Would anyone know any reasonably priced Commissioner for Oaths around Dublin?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

It's pretty much a fixed fee for the signatures anyway.

Depending on how many documents are attached it'll probably be between €10 and €30.

Might be a charge for writing up the statement if he hasn't it done up himself already.

My bad - extra charge for registering the Affidavit, but it'll be the same price anywhere and is should still end up less than €50.

Just a thought but would the banks involved with the sale have any supporting documents?

Commissioners of Oaths are not expensive and the fees don't vary.
