They haven't unveiled the prices yet as far as I can tell. It is being developed by Gerry Gannon, who is currently finalising development in the nearby Millers Glen estate (he has a planning application in for a Strategic Housing Development adjacent to the estate too). If you're looking for a guideline, I'd look to Millers Glen. Looks to be a similar setup.
They're currently building the showhouses for Mooretown and they look like they are nearly finished. I'd say they will be launching it in September or October.
