Hi was wondering what’s the best way to insulate under floor boards where there are a lot of wires and junction boxes . I am putting king spam 100m under floor boards where there is room. Can I compress earth whool insulation adding few sheets ?

Compressing earth will reduces its u value. Don’t do the baz ashmawy on it.

I understand that, but I wanted to know if I compress two or three sheets of 150mm insulation, if I will get the same U value as one 150mm sheet

Probably not - it's the air it traps, not the material that provides the bulk of the actual insulation .. compressing it removes the air - so increases thermal conductivity (Similar true for all "wool" type products)
