Inter rail ticket problem

My son bought an Interrail ticket for this years European holiday. It is a travel pass for 4 separate days travel on European railways. His 1st day travel was today but his Interrail app is saying that all 4/4 has been used. Interrail don’t have any customer service telephone number to get assistance only useless chatbots…
