Folks, Does anyone know anyone other than the AA and Car Protect doing European Road Rescue coverage. The AA is pretty expensive, they are looking for €188 for our two week trip. Car Protect won't cover us, because our car is slightly above their age & mileage limitation. Are there are alternatives? Ray K

Have you tried your insurance company? You may already have breakdown cover for GB/Irl and might be able to pay an upgrade to extend the cover to mainland Europe.
