Any new housing estates about to be built?

As the post says. Any new housing estates about to be built in waterford? Particularly interested in dunmore road or tramore areas.

Yes. There's one being built called Lisduggan-on-Skipperean.

Few around Ballygunner area have planning permission, same with Kilbarry area and on the Outer Ring road also, not sure are they under construction yet

Waterford has supposedly more housing being built than anywhere else in the country.

Foxwood in Kilbarry is still being built, there was an estate behind there where musgraves now is, but i think that was social housing, there is another estate currently being built further down that direction by Davey Flynn, thats a large scheme.

Frisby is also building another estate on the outter ring road just a bit down from Tesco Ardkeen, thats going to be huge too.

Tramore has a new estate just done as you come into Tramore from the city direction.

Loads being built on the Lacken road behind Kilbarry & Foxwood too I think. They built a whole new access road for them from Musgraves down as far as Easter Island garden centre.
