Hi all,

Quick question, I'm currently on carers leave and have continued working 2 days per week in my previous job. I just have a query re annual leave entitlement. Seems to be you are entitled to your usual annual leave entitlement and bank hols for first 13 weeks on carers. However my question is after this initial 13 weeks am I entitled to annual leave on a pro rata basis. I.e. I work 2 days a week in office should I get 40% of my usual annual leave. Or am i just entitled to the annual leave from furst 13 weeks and that has to last whole year? Is there anyone in similar situation who can shed light?
