Payment issues with HSE website, anyone else ?

Trying to order marriage certificate and no matter which card I use (i've tried 3), they all return a "Strong Customer Authentication Required". I know this is enabled as they are recent BOI cards. Is this a me problem or a website problem ?

Yep same issue. I tried both AIB and BOI cards and it does not work - same error as described. Very frustrating after having entered all the details
