Affordable Housing

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice. I'm basically starting from scratch saving for a home. I'm a single mother of two small kids, my youngest is only a baby. I earn 40k a year. I am now in a position to save 900e a month (I've no savings to date). I deposited my first 900 into my savings account today. I'll never be able to obtain a mortgage on my own. My question is - will I be able to apply for the affordable housing scheme? I've looked up Citizen's Advice & tbh it's very confusing. I need someone to tell me how much of a deposit I need and approx how much I can borrow. TIA
