Mart Eye App issue

My neifghbour has a lenova tablet which he uses to watch the marteye on. A few weeks back he tells me the video no longer shows just the audio. I tried the usual, uninstalling and reinstalling ,clearing app data and cache. No joy, The LCL app displays video just fine. Anyone have any idea?

Could be dependent on the strength of his internet signal. There should be an option there to view at a lower resolution

Nah thats not the case. I brought the tablet to my house where I have FTTH. Its baffling.
