Ticketmaster to Apple Wallet

So I bought tickets for ABBA Voyage in London. However, the tickets are e mobile and for some reason it is not possible to save them in Apple Wallet. How do I overcome this please?

Be logged into your ticketmaster account and open that up when entering the venue. Or screenshot the tickets so they're in your gallery

I've had this problem for some events in the past. I would recommend screenshotting the tickets as data speeds can be poor at large events.

If you are screenshotting, make sure they aren't qr codes that renew every few mins or so

Thanks for all the help. I eventually managed to get them to Apple Wallet. Not at all intuitive
