Flight missed cologne

Was due to come from cologne to Dublin last week and was in the airport 3 hours before my flight and still missed it, had to book a new flight through Ryanair, is there somewhere that I can get a refund through cologne airport.

Why did you miss it? The DAA were covering missed flights because of delays in Dublin. Maybe Cologne is too, or you could try your travel insurance

I missed it because the they couldn't deal with the crowd, I don't have travel insurance.
