    Has anyone gone through the process?

    anything I need to be aware of?

    they cancelled our flight out late sunday night, we had to scramble for hotels and new flights yesterday morning to a different airport

    we have probably forked out the nearly 900 so far. Still need to get to the airport car park and collect my car / pay for additional costs which which is 2/3 hours away.

    will they cover fuel costs?

    we have a group booking.

    when claiming is it one claim per booking or per person?

    some of the rebookings were done as one just for convenience as there was a scramble for rooms and flights etc

    are we entitled to a full refund of return journey aswell as the additional 250 ?

    Is the 250 per person or per booking ?
