Nissan X-Trail DPF filter keeps clogging

We have a 2021 Nissan x-Trail 1.6 Diesel. It is driven around the city picking up kids and gets out on the M50 2-3 times a week back and forth Stillorgan to Finglas. We have had to replace the DPF 3 time every 4-5 months every 4000-5000kms. We were advised that it is driver error / style with city driving in short distances which does not heat the engine hot enough. We were advised to drive at higher revs, and give it long runs to clear the filter. We did that, in spades. The DPF clogged a further 2 times in 6 months, despite the driving it harder.

This time, the turbo has also failed, and its is getting replaced under warranty. Windsor state that this is entirely driver error. I think this is BS, as we have had diesel for 20 years, including an x-Trail 2016-2021 and this never happened. I think there must be an increased particulate load on the DPF because of inadequate diesel burn.

Anyone have an idea about this?

Did the DPF wreck the turbo or is the turbo the reason it doesn't burn the diesel properly?

    Thanks

Clogged DPF will wreck the Turbo as soot comes back and sticks to the vanes of the turbo.
